1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading or using the Emet app, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Subscription

Emet offers an auto-renewable monthly subscription (Emet Membership) at $1.80/month. A one-month free trial is available to new subscribers. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

4. Refunds

All refund requests are handled by Apple. Visit Apple's support site to request a refund.

5. User Conduct

You agree to use the app for lawful purposes only.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Emet app is the property of Barrett Edri and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
